Technology is once again here to save the day. Say goodbye to the days of exercising your neck muscles by having to physically turn your head to look back while riding a bicycle. These days, it seems cameras.are found everywhere; like ones found on cars, the rear view bicycle camera is a small camera positioned in the rear to give the rider an easy access view of what’s behind them.
This useful little device is ideal for serious bikers as they tend to ride on the side of roads alongside regular traffic. At 2 1/4″ W x 1 1/2″ H it conveniently mounts on the rear post and then a zip lined cable which accommodates any bike frame runs to the front where a 3 1/2″ color monitor clearly displays a 75 degree field of view. This makes it remarkably easy to see oncoming traffic or other possible hazards. Also, as a means of added safety, the rear camera automatically blinks red when it senses low lighting as a signal to passing cars. The monitor, which is attached securely to the front frame and along with the camera, will stand up to any weather condition you trek through.
