Flying Car

Flying Car
Like everything awesome and engineery, this flying car originally hails from the home of brilliant ingenuity – MIT. Some graduates must have been either out of work or really bored one day, so they decided to make a flying car. After all, it’s 2012. Mankind has been expecting a flying car for some time now. So far, we’re still stuck in land locked automobiles. Bo-ring! This flying car is actually legal to drive on the street and it will cruise at speeds up to 65 MPH. What’s even more amazing is that this car will turn into a flying craft when you are ready to press the button that activates the wings into position.

You can go from legally driving to legally flying, granted that you are on at least a 1700 foot runway. The 23 gallon tank of gas will take you approximately 425 miles, which will get you from the city to not in the city quite easily. Or vice versa. When you land, your flying car will get 35 miles to the gallon. It’s basically a Yaris with wings. Fly, save on gas money, avoid traffic jams, and appreciate that the Future™ has finally arrived with this flying car.
