Hmm, it seems Digsby is in violation of DEMO’s conference rules. Why are they presenting?

From DEMO’s eligibility page:

“Products that are not eligible include:

* Products currently in public distribution, either as a launched product or as a highly publicized beta test
* Upgrades to an existing product”

As Digsby’s own blog states, this Twitter functionality is just an upgrade to their existing product (build 67, in fact!)

So either DEMO is violating their own rules, or Digsby is violating DEMOs rules. Which is it?
